Everything Related To Fasting
Intermittent fasting, alternate-day fasting, water fasting, you name it. There are so many different fasting types and more and more research shows how beneficial fasting actually is.
The main benefit of longer fasting is called autophagy which is sort of like self-eating. In 2016 Japanese scientist Yoshinori Ohsumi got a Nobel prize for his work on autophagy.
Fasting will give you better health, increases longevity, increases brain performance and has so many more benefits. And of course, it is good for your budget and to nature too (you are creating less waste).
