Here is my book list. This list includes books that I have already read and also books which I want to read in the future.

THE LIST

NB! Books are not in any specific order and the list is being updated constantly.

 

Books that I have already finished reading or I'm reading at the moment:

  • "A New Earth" - Eckhart Tolle (eesti keeles)  (Don't remember much of it) 
  • "Psycho-Cybernetics" - Maxwell Maltz (Our self-image is running our lives and usually the self-image we have about ourselves is far from the truth. Our old self-beliefs are holding us back to get to the next level. Change your self-image and you will change your life)
  • "The Key to Living the Law of Attraction" - Jack Canfield  (A lot of helpful strategies and techniques for LOA and do find your purpose. Although I'm getting much more from videos and "Reality Transurfing" book at the moment)
  • "Meditation for Beginners" - Jack Kornfield (My first contact with meditation many years ago. Good book to get started with meditation although now I would recommend guided meditations)
  • "Mastery" - George Leonard (The main key of the book is that the mastery is not an achievement or goal but the process itself. Be a master of every moment in every doing and you will live an amazing and fulfilled life.)
  • "Energiakriis" (Energy Crisis) - Riina Raudsik (A very good book about chronic and autoimmune diseases. Talks about the balance between acid and alkaline body and if we keep our body alkaline, it will heal itself from most of the illnesses)
  • "Jalutuskäigud sisekosmoses" (Walking In The Inner Space) - Kaido Pajumaa (A good book for everyday life. Consists of short paragraphs which you can read daily.)
  • "Sacred Science" - Nick Polizzi  (8 very ill patients are taken to the Amazon jungle for healing. A really interesting and engaging journey in a well-written book. There is also a short documentary about it.
  • Reality Transsurfing - Vadim Zeland (eesti keeles) (Probably the best book I have read so far from my list 🙂 Very practical instructions on how to manifest your desired life) 
  • "Laste seksuaalkasvatus" - Raissa Cacciatore (This opened my eyes in many ways. Mostly that we need to start educating our children much earlier then we might think) Recommended read for every parent!
  • „The Code of the Extraordinary Mind“ – Vishen Lakhiani
  • "Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less" Greg McKeown 
  • "Life Strategies" - Dr. Phillip McGraw
  • "Give and Take" - Adam Grant (eesti keeles)
  • "Samurai: The Japanese Warrior's (Unofficial) Manual" - Stephen Turnbull
  •  
  • Book I have started to read but haven't finished yet

  • "Mind Over Medicine" - Lissa Rankin (Another good book on health and how stress and worry will make us sick because of the "Fight or flight" mode body gets into when it is stressed)

After watching this episode from the Impact Theory, I wanted to read Mastin Kipp's book for sure. So his book "Claim Your Power" has been added to my wishlist.

I got hooked to his book in the interview he had with Rhonda Patrick. Here is my forum post about it.

The second book I added of course because of the last video I shared in my videos list. This dude is just phenomenal. 🤩
