So, whatever you put into your body directly affects you. And not just that you gain weight when you eat too much. Your energy levels, mood, and overall health directly depend on what food you consume.
I have had a problem with my digestion system for a quite long time and I have wanted to cut out specific foods from my diet for so many times but I haven't been able to stick to the plan.
Finally, I'm having enough! No more playing around. Let's turn it into a challenge and let's get it done!
