"I Am Enough" Challenge
Our mind never sleeps. There is constant inner self-talk going on and most of the time it is negative. I’m not good enough, I’m not beautiful enough, I’m not lovable, I’m not in shape, I’m not good at this, I’m not good at that. There is constant self-doubt in our mind.
Time for another challenge and this time it is a mindset related challenge and more precisely it is about eliminating the constant negative chatter of the mind by rewiring the brain.
