Here is another challenge that I'm doing. And this time, it's a fasting challenge. This is a multipart challenge which consists of at least 3 parts:

  • Part 1 - 3 days of fasting
  • Part 2 - 5 days of fasting
  • Part 3 - 7 days of fasting
  • Optional part - 10 days of fasting (it depends how well I'm feeling with 7 days of fasting)

This is the second time I'm doing this challenge and last time I couldn't get past the part I. You can check the challenge here 

What is this challenge exactly and why am I doing it?  The following video will answer those questions.

Starting date: 26.05
Ending date: 29.05
