Two more perfect days. Starting to get the rhythm going.
If you wonder why there is "no" at the line "Lemon water 30 minutes before breakfast", it is because I run out of lemons 😆 Now I have them again 😉
And also there is a "no" in reading. This is because I have finished all the books I wanted to read at the moment. Will be buying a new book today 😊
This weekend got me! 😑
We all are humans and we have our weaknesses.
On Thursday I injured my lower back pretty badly during the sparring and I couldn't even move properly. So the morning yoga was immediately out of the tasks. That's why the "no" on yoga lines.
I also got addicted to playing a game on my PC so all evening tasks were missed. It's so interesting to see the inner dialog and fight between choosing the tasks or continuing to play the game. This time the part that wanted to play the game won and all the evening tasks, even if they are easy, were skipped because I couldn't get myself away from the PC.
Usually, I don't play at all. But when I do, I'm going all in. Another negative habit I have 😉
If I already failed on Friday, on Saturday I thought that fuck it, it doesn't matter anymore if I fail again today. And on Sunday the same happened. I said to myself that I will start building those streaks from Monday. And this how all the weekend went bad.
But as the morning routine is the most important habit I want to have, there is no room for failure. I will do those morning tasks no matter what. At least this is good 😜
Day 22 & 23!
Another great start of the week.
My "No Sweets For 21 Days Challenge" was finished on Sunday and now I have added a new challenge to my schedule. It is called: "30 Days Manifestation Challenge"
The objective is that I should write down a specific sentence and then concentrate on the feeling for 17 seconds. I have to do it 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times in the evening. Let's see what results I'm getting from it 😎
Day 24 & 25!
The streak is back to 4 and my nemesis (weekend) is coming. But this time I will not let it have me. Let's see how well it goes 😉

The idea of adding streaks to the challenge is doing miracles. I got my first ever perfect week with this and with any similar challenge.

The streak continues! 😊

Day 31 & 32!
Going really strong! The overall streak has exceeded the first major milestone - 10 days 😀
But it is time for another weekend, time to face my old enemy. Let's see who will win this time 😉
I won!!! 🤩 I got a win over my old nemesis (the weekend), again.
I got the second weekend in a row with a perfect score. Nothing can stop me now 😉
On Friday you can see a little bit more "No's". It is because I skipped breakfast by extending my 24h fast into 30h fast. Starting to get ready for a longer water fast which I will do in January somewhere.
I will also have a huge announcement coming up related to my personal development journey. The new year will bring a lot of exciting stuff and it is time to bring it all into a completely another level. Time to build Armin 3.0 version 😊

The overview of the Challenge after 37 days. How small tweaks changed everything and what are my plans for the new year.
Back where we started, not exactly at the beginning but during Christmas, I managed to break 3 streaks out of 5. I just made a video on how well I'm doing with the challenge and boom, this happened.
Christmas isn't the best time to do a challenge like this. 😉 There are so many different variables that impact the day and I just forgot to do some things. And if the overall streak was broken I could "enjoy" breaking the streak of one of my challenges 😆
Now we need to "survive" the New Year's Eve and then we are back in our regular daily routine 😉
Let see how it goes.

Day 41 & 42!
Another perfect weekend! 😊
It's interesting that during the week (from Tue to Fri) I failed every day with something and now the weekend is perfect. So days have switched 😆
Of course, it is because of Christmas time and now we have another week with a holiday. But no, you are not getting me this time! 😉 I'm stronger now 💪 😉 😎
Day 43 to 46!
Finally, the holidays are over. Holidays are not the easiest time to get a perfect score 😉
One day I'm failing with one thing, another day with another thing. But mostly, failures were related to a sleeping schedule.
Of course on New Year's Eve, I had "no" on all lines related to sleeping but the next day went "bad" also. It was partially because were watching the recording of the lottery drawing. We bought lottery tickets after our new year's ritual. Wait for my next video to know how it went 😊
With the new year starting, I decided to let go of many old things, especially the beliefs that are stopping me from moving forward. And do let go of "everything old" I let myself loose with one of my challenges too 😉
